Dejene Tadesse - Espresso

I came across Genesis because that is what the family-owned coffee shop around the corner from me uses. I can't believe how pronounced the flavor notes are! Specifically, the dark chocolate, molasses, and citrus espresso beans. If that sounds appealing, then I highly recommend! I will definitely be buying again!

Really good coffee

I tried the Espresso and Milky Way. Both were amazing! I used a Breville espresso for the former-and enjoying a latte now-amazing-and both a drip and Aeropress (while traveling) for the Milky Way. Made some for my sister with the Aeropress and her comment was-this is sooo smooth. No bitterness at all. Wonderful coffee!!!
