SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed before 5pm EST (excluding weekends and holidays) are processed within 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays outside of our control (i.e. carrier delays, peak shipping seasons, etc.).
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders $45 or more.

How to Check Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number to check order status. Please allow 3 to 4 days for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@genesiscoffeelab.com with your name and order number, and we will gladly look into it for you.
