Dejene Tadesse - Washed Medium

This was such s delicious cup of coffee. Will for sure be trying some others! It was perfect no acidic taste which I find most other coffees to have. Way to go Genesis!

This was my first order of coffee from Genesis. I had to purchase a burr coffee grinder before I could open the 2 pound bag of Dejene Tadesse Washed Medium beans. I brew my coffee with an aero press and make one cup at a time. I brew a strong cup. This coffee is absolutely delicious. The most notable thing to me is total lack of anything that could be considered acidic. It is so smooth and fresh and medium roast is a nice change of pace for me. I
